BCF Bait Rig For a snapper rig use a couple of Mustad Tarpon 7766’s in a 6/0. The eyes of the hooks are opened and a heavy swivel is placed between the two hooks and again on the top hook. Don’t forget to close the hooks again. A running sinker sits on top of the swivel using a 60lb trace. A slab of mullet is placed on the hooks and you’re away. The idea of this rig is to fish light and float it out the back of the boat. It’s great for big snapper that often feed higher in the water column.
BCF have a huge range of terminal tackle that’ll fill even the biggest tackle box.
